Payment Timeline & Process

Typical Payment Schedule:

  • Project Start:20-30% milestone payment
  • Design Approval:30-40% milestone payment
  • Progress Check:20-30% milestone payment
  • Final Delivery:Remaining balance

Processing Times:

  • • Milestone approval: Immediate release to designer
  • • Bank transfer: 2-3 business days
  • • Dispute resolution: 3-5 business days

Common Payment Issues

Payment Not Processing?

  • • Check your card details and expiry date
  • • Ensure sufficient funds or credit limit
  • • Contact your bank about international transactions

Didn't Receive Payment?

  • • Check if milestones have been approved by customer
  • • Verify your bank details are correct
  • • Allow 2-3 business days for processing
