Welcome to CustomFitForMe. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the CustomFitForMe platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

2. Scope & Eligibility
CustomFitForMe connects customers seeking bespoke fashion design services with verified fashion designers. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use the Services.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
4. Payments, Escrow & Fees
Payments are processed via third-party providers. Customer payments are held in escrow until project milestones are confirmed. Designers receive funds only after successful project completion. Platform fees are deducted as agreed.
5. Projects, Postings & Bids
Customers may post projects, which designers can bid on. All postings must be accurate and non-misleading. CustomFitForMe reserves the right to remove inappropriate or fraudulent postings.
6. Intellectual Property
Designers retain ownership of their original works, subject to licence granted to customers for commissioned items. Users must not infringe third-party rights. Any uploaded content must comply with applicable IP laws.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes between customers and designers should first be addressed through the platform's mediation process. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to binding arbitration under the relevant governing law.
8. Liability & Disclaimers
CustomFitForMe provides a platform and is not a party to contracts between customers and designers. We disclaim liability for third-party conduct, and services are provided 'as is' to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of Services. Users may also terminate accounts at any time by contacting support.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
