1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules that apply to everyone who accesses or uses the CustomFitForMe platform, including customers, fashion designers, and visitors. By using our platform you agree to comply with this policy. Breaches may result in suspension or permanent removal of your account.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use CustomFitForMe to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings, bids, or reviews.
• Impersonate another person, designer, or business.
• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or discriminate against any user on the basis of race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
• Share another user's personal information without their consent.
• Use the messaging system for spam, unsolicited promotions, or to redirect transactions off-platform to avoid fees.
• Upload content that is obscene, defamatory, or infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Attempt to circumvent our escrow or payment systems.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt or damage the platform.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform without written permission.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.

3. Designer Responsibilities

• Designers must only accept orders they are genuinely capable of fulfilling to the described standard.
• Portfolio images and profile descriptions must accurately represent your own work.
• You must not copy or reproduce another designer's designs without their permission.
• Designers must communicate professionally and respond to customer messages within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate measurements, specifications, and delivery information.
• You must not submit false dispute claims or abuse the revision process.
• Customers must review completed work and release payment (or raise a dispute) within the timeframe specified in the contract.

5. Content Standards

Any content you upload to the platform — including job descriptions, portfolio images, messages, and video updates — must not be unlawful, harmful, or offensive. CustomFitForMe reserves the right to remove any content that violates this policy without prior notice.

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter conduct that breaches this policy, please report it through our Contact page or email support@customfitforme.com. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

7. Consequences of Breach

Depending on severity, breaches of this policy may result in:

• A formal warning.
• Temporary suspension of your account.
• Permanent removal from the platform.
• Referral to relevant legal authorities where required by law.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
