We use an escrow system where your payment is held securely until you receive and approve your finished garment. Payments are released in milestones as work progresses, ensuring both you and the designer are protected throughout the process.

Submit your portfolio, business credentials, and complete our verification process. This includes providing samples of your work, proof of experience, and passing our quality standards review. Verification typically takes 2-3 business days.

Customers pay no fees for posting jobs or making payments. Designers pay a monthly subscription fee for premium access to bid on jobs. No additional transaction fees are charged on successful orders.
